INTCO Medical Hosts Summer Charity with Zhenjiang Nursing Home

On July 13, INTCO Medical, recognised as the largest latex-free disposable gloves manufacturer, partnered with Zhenjiang Xingrui Nursing Home to organise a heartwarming “Summer Outing for Cool Relief” event. Over 30 elderly residents were treated to a day of outdoor exploration, social connection, and much-needed refreshment, showcasing the company’s commitment to senior welfare beyond its renowned medical supplies.
The event aimed to address the limited outdoor activities for nursing home residents during the sweltering summer months. Guided by INTCO volunteers, participants ventured into the scenic Jinshan Lake Water Conservancy Scenic Area, where many enjoyed the outing with the support of INTCO’s wheelchairs—part of the company’s rehabilitation equipment lineup, designed for optimal safety and comfort. These mobility aids ensured that every resident, regardless of physical ability, could savour the lake’s gentle breezes, lush greenery, and vibrant blooms. Laughter echoed as seniors shared stories of their youth, pointing out familiar landmarks and relishing the chance to connect with nature and one another.
To combat the summer heat, INTCO Medical provided a range of practical essentials from its physical therapy product line. Instant cold packs offered quick relief from the sun’s intensity, while mosquito repellent patches kept pesky insects at bay, ensuring the outing remained enjoyable and irritation-free. These items, alongside bottles of cold water and light snacks, underscored the company’s holistic approach to care, proving that its dedication to well-being extends far beyond the medical settings where its latex-free disposable gloves are widely used.
