Anhui INTCO Medical’s 11.2MW self-generated wind power project was successfully connected to the grid

Operational since July 2, this pioneering renewable energy initiative accelerates INTCO Medical’s green manufacturing transformation while powering the production of critical medical consumables like nitrile gloves and synthetic latex gloves.

Engineering Clean Protection

The project features two 5.6MW wind turbines towering at 140-meter hub heights within INTCO Medical’s Suixi County facility. Designed to generate 20,718MWh annually—equivalent to 1,850 full-load hours—the wind farm directly supplies INTCO’s medical-grade glove production lines. This strategic investment eliminates grid dependency for 30% of the plant’s operations, establishing a replicable blueprint for clean energy integration in healthcare manufacturing.

Quantifiable Environmental Impact
