The 12th International Rubber Glove Conference and Exhibition concluded in Kuala Lumpur on September 10, 2026, following three days of product discovery, industry dialogue and business engagement.

Held from September 8 to 10 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, IRGCE 2026 brought together rubber glove manufacturers, professional buyers, distributors, suppliers and industry partners from around the world. The event provided an important platform for exploring developments in glove materials, product performance, manufacturing technology and the global glove market.

Synmax PRO, SafeDon and Syntex glove innovations displayed at IRGCE 2026

As the world’s largest manufacturer of non-latex disposable gloves, INTCO welcomed international visitors at Hall 1, Booth 126 and presented three featured innovations: Synmax PRO Exam Gloves, the SafeDon™ Hygiene System and Syntex™ Synthetic Latex Exam Gloves.

Together, these solutions demonstrated how INTCO is advancing disposable gloves through material innovation, improved performance and more efficient product use.

Synmax PRO: Nitrile-Like Comfort with Practical Value

Synmax PRO Exam Gloves are made with a chemically modified vinyl-based formulation designed to improve elasticity, comfort and durability.

The advanced material provides a more flexible, nitrile-like fit while maintaining the practical value associated with vinyl-based gloves. It gives buyers an alternative for applications where wearing comfort, dependable barrier performance, and cost efficiency must all be considered.

Synmax PRO gloves are latex-free, powder-free and suitable for medical examinations, patient care, laboratory work, food processing, beauty services and general cleaning tasks.

At IRGCE 2026, Synmax PRO demonstrated how formulation innovation can expand the performance potential of vinyl-based disposable gloves and provide greater choice for buyers across high-use professional environments.

SafeDon™: Rethinking Disposable Glove Dispensing

The SafeDon™ Hygiene System introduces a different approach to how disposable gloves are packaged, accessed and handled.

Unlike a conventional glove box, the patented system dispenses gloves individually from the bottom of the box, with the cuff presented first. Users can take a glove by its cuff without touching the palm or finger surfaces of the next glove.

This dispensing method helps reduce unnecessary contact with unused gloves and supports more hygienic handling. Individual presentation also makes gloves easier to access and helps prevent several gloves from being removed accidentally.

By combining glove packaging with workplace workflow considerations, SafeDon™ can support improved hygiene, more efficient glove use and better resource management in healthcare, food processing, dental care, animal health and cleaning environments.

Syntex™: Expanding the Potential of Synthetic Latex

INTCO also featured Syntex™ Synthetic Latex Exam Gloves, developed using an innovative sulphur-free formulation containing no natural latex protein.

Syntex™ provides a soft, highly elastic fit and achieves elongation of more than 600% under ASTM D6319 testing. The material is designed to combine latex-like comfort with dependable puncture and chemical resistance for demanding professional applications.

The gloves can be used across medical and healthcare, dental care, food processing and industrial protection settings. Their flexibility and close fit can also help reduce hand fatigue during extended wear.

By combining high elasticity with a non-latex material platform, Syntex™ demonstrates how material science can open new possibilities for comfortable and versatile hand protection.

Connecting Product Innovation with Buyer Needs

The three featured solutions represented different responses to the changing needs of professional glove users:

  • Synmax PRO advances the balance between comfort, performance and value.
  • SafeDon™ improves glove dispensing, hygiene and operational efficiency.
  • Syntex™ expands the performance possibilities of synthetic latex technology.

These products also reflect INTCO’s broader investment in glove material and product innovation.

Throughout IRGCE 2026, the INTCO team met with customers, distributors and industry partners from multiple markets. Discussions covered product applications, user requirements, supply needs and opportunities for future cooperation.
